EVENIMENTE INTERNE - 2009

The Department for European Funds was set up starting with the 1st of February 2009. The department will counsel Romanian companies to access European funds in various fields of activity.

Romania Ireland Chamber of Commerce organized on the 23rd of February, together with the Embassy of Ireland, an event for the nomination of His Excellency Mr. Ambassador John Morahan as Honorary President of the Chamber of Commerce.

This very special event was organized with the participation of HE Mr. John Morahan and representatives of the Embassy of Ireland, The Ambassador of Pakistan, Mr. Iulian Fota, Presidential Counselor for Defense, Mr. Iulian Urban, Romanian Senator, Mr. Jose Iacobescu, President for the Union of Bilateral Chambers of Commerce, Presidents for a number of bilateral Chamber of Commerces in Romania, members and partners of the Romania Ireland Chamber of Commerce, Romanian and Irish companies, representatives of the media.

2009: Romania Ireland Chamber of Commerce has establisehd partnerships with Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, Ramada Nord Hotel, Tal Aviation,whereas members of the Chamber can benefit from preferential terms with these companies

2009: Two new members were registered, the companies Datasoft si Avalon
